Sensory visuals, the perception of virtual tactile experience, and fully binaural immersive sounds are very soothing... the only thing missing is scent, and taste from an ASMR immersion. For myself, touching everything has always been a challenge with contamination OCD. Interestingly, the natural outdoors is not something that is generally part of my phobia. I have been working through my condition with prayer and previously had been ASMR tapping in public with hands-on exposure therapy. However, since the world landscape has drastically changed, so has my use of ASMR in public — it is no longer possible. Now I focus my entertainment background in film, audio, music, writing, fashion & design, and performance arts into ASMR content with full immersion. I aim to help you explore your full range of emotions, as I explore mine, through humor / comedy / improv, drama, even some darker content, through fantasy, sci-fi, myth and pop culture themes. My belief is that all wellbeing begins with freedom of emotion. My channel is for teens and adults. I personally have experienced positive results in terms of relaxing, while watching ASMR videos.
