Hi Guys ? Today i've prepared homemade Cheesy Curry Fire Noodle topped with sausage octopus. A super creamy, savory and delicious dish. Hope you guys enjoy! Cheers & Lots of love? Ingredients: 3 pack Curry Fire Noodle 8 pieces Vienne Sausage 300g Cheese [ I use gouda emmental mozzarella 100g of each ] (100g of cheese/1pack of noodle) Directions: 1. For each octopus, starting from the end of link, make seven cuts through sausage to create eight legs. 2. Brown sausages in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. 3. Cook noodles to al dente. 4. Save 300ml of noodles water ( 100ml of water/1 pack of noodle ) 5. Add noodles, sauce and cheese. 6. Stir until sauce is smooth and cheese is melted. 7.
