Playing with sponges is my kind of therapy to heal an anxiety disorder at first. The fact I started recording & posting what I do with sponges was just my will to share that healing passion with others who go through similar issues & to connect with them. Other types of ASMR don’t work for me. I may like some of them (mostly watching) but doing them is not for me & I think sponges are the cheapiest & easiest to get here where I live.
