I Discovered ASMR early in 2022 when i had trouble sleeping and relaxing before bed. I came across a video that gave me instant tingles and thought WOW 🤩. Since that day I NEVER go to sleep without listening to ASMR. ASMR has helped me so much to relax and get to sleep naturally, and then I thought 💭 why dont I help others?
