Hi Guys ? Today i've prepared a delicious homemade Lasagna, accompanied with Waffle Fries. Hope you guys enjoy! Cheers & Lots of love? Ingredients: 3 lasagna noodles bolognese sauce (moderate amount) bechamel sauce (moderate amount) 300g shredded mozzarella Bolognese sauce: 1 tbsp olive oil 50g smoked bacon 1kg ground beef 1 onion, minced 2 carrots, minced 2 stalks of celery, minced 1 tbsp tomato puree 2x400g tin of plum tomatoes 800g water Bechamel sauce: 35g butter 35g plain flour 500g milk nutmeg, salt and black pepper, to taste Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 160°c. 2. To assemble, spread bechamel sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Then spread with bolognese sauce. 3. Place one noodle on top and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. 4. Repeat layering two more times to create three complete layers. 5. To finish, spread bechamel sauce to cover the pasta. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. 6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Thanks for watching. If you enjoy my video please remember to give it a Thumbs Up.
