ASMR : Light of Moon #2 (Sleep, Relax, Sound, Depression,BGM,睡眠,不眠,寝る,音,耳,リラックス,癒し,)

AMSR sounds by depression person make you relax and help you to fall asleep. #ASMR,#sleep,#relax,#no talking, I have mental depression and shut-in. There must be so many people like me. Recently, I created this sound for helping myself to fall asleep. It worked pretty well, so I want to shear my works with those people and everyone in the world also. I am very happy if it worked to everyone of you too. Please check out the description below also. Using ear phone or head phone is recommended. I made the play list for each saound in my channel, so you can listen longer with loop ON, more than 10 minutes. Please try it. The way use is that you lay down on bed, put your ear phones on, leave your smart phone, take medicine if you need, turn off the light, start playing this sound in the oplay list with loop ON, close your eyes, take deep breath gently again and again... then you fall asleep.
