INGREDIENTS 30 g butter 1 kg potatoes 2 medium onions 250 ml heavy cream 100 ml milk 150 g parmesan Salt to taste 1 tsp white pepper METHOD Brown the onion. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Add the milk, cream and cook well. Finally add the Parmesan. Bake in the oven at 355°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
