Cacao ! ∴∵ゞ(´ω`*) ♪ This time I made baked donuts. The dough was moist, melt-in-your-mouth, and very tasty. The chocolate on top also went well with the dough. May the cacao be with you ! [Ingredients] A - 50g : Unsalted butter A - 35g : Granulated sugar B - 15g : Honey B - 100g : Whole egg B - 35g : Granulated sugar C - 45g : Chocolate56% C - 45g : Heavy cream45% D - 20g : Cake flour D - 8g : Almond powder D - 20g : Cocoa powder D - 1g : Baking powder 2.5 ml : Rum Sift together flour D twice. Mix butter and half the granulated sugar until white. In a separate bowl, mix the whole eggs with the remaining granulated sugar and honey and warm. Pour the boiling cream into the chocolate mixture and emulsify. Fold the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture and the butter. Fold in the flour. Add the rum. Bake at 160°C for 15-18 minutes.
